Our clients range from single individuals wanting to better manage stress, anxiety or life’s challenges, to groups and organisations that would like to promote a healthier and more productive work environment. Our one-to-one sessions guide you in resolving your specific challenge, equipping you with tools and techniques you can use to develop a more constructive approach to life.
Work towards change begins immediately and significant progress can be expected within 6-8 sessions. This is a structured approach, where goals and progress are reviewed regularly and collaboratively.
We provide group-based workshops for organisations that would like to promote a productive and healthy environment. Every workshop is tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the client. The workshops are designed to empower participants with a toolbox of techniques that they can use to improve their work environment: tackling stress, improving productivity and strengthening communication.
Workshops can last anywhere between two hours and several days depending on your needs and availabilities.
